What does the psychedelic treatment look like?
In order for you to get as much out of your treatment as possible, it is important that we feel safe with each other and go into the process with mutual trust and understanding of what we are about to do. In addition to this, the process must be tailored to you and your wishes and expectations. Therefore, it is important that we proceed methodically and create the best possible "set and setting" together in a methodical fashion.
Regardless of where you go in the world and whether or not you partake in a psychedelic experience in a group setting or individually, the steps in a proper psychedelic treatment should consist (at least) of the following 3 steps:
1) intake/preparation/intention; 2) treatment; 3) integration.
What does the process look like at 4000 Veckor?

First you book a time in my calendar for a quick 15-30 min call. Here we say hello and you tell me what you are curious about and what you want to explore.

Then, if we feel it is appropriate to proceed, I will ask you to fill in the intake form . (If you need a form in English, please contact me and I will send it to you.)

Next, we book a time where you and I thoroughly go through your answers and where you can bring ALL your questions.

If we feel that this is the right time for you to take part in a treatment then we look at a time, day and place where this can take place and we schedule it in our calendars.

About 3-7 days before your actual treatment is scheduled, we have another conversation where we more precisely define what it is that you want to explore in your psychedelic treatment and finalize crafting your intention.

Your treatment then takes place. This normally takes between 6-8 hours.

After your treatment has taken place, we book an integration call. This is a very important call in which we go through what came up, how you feel, what you now can do to make sure you ACT on what came up during your treatment, how you now look at whatever you had as your intention, and other things we feel are necessary to discuss. This step is unfortunately OFTEN overlooked in the psychedelic therapeutic process, but it is the step that will ensure you get the most lasting effect of this amazing experience.

(The process below is described for individuals, but it is the same for couples.)
Preparation
(call, intake and intention)
Psychedelic treatments can look very different and it is important that YOU get what suits YOU and YOUR intention best.
Therefore, we proceed carefully and discuss your curiosity, what you want to explore, and go through your answers from the intake form (such as your current life situation, your physical and mental health, your social situation today, and themes such as medications, phobias, addiction, life situation, expectations, family history, etc.) In the preparation stage I also answer all the questions you might have about the process, about psychedelics in general, what to expect, etc.
Both you and I must be confident and calm that you feel ready for an actual in-depth psychedelic treatment before we move on to step 2.

Treatment
If after step 1 we choose to proceed in the process to step 2, it is time to take part in the treatment itself. This takes place either at your home, in a hotel, or in another place that you consider safe and appropriate.
Based on your answers and our dialogue, we adapt your treatment according to your needs and your conditions so that you get the best possible experience.
During your treatment, you wear an eye mask and headphones, while I make sure to look after you and all your needs so that you can go as deep as you want in your process.
This step is magical and often experienced by clients as one of the most meaningful things they have done in their lives.

Integration talks
(approx. 2 hours)
Science has proven that people gain incredible insights and undergo major changes in their outlook on life after a psychedelic treatment. But research has also shown that these insights fade over time if active choices and concrete changes are not made after the experience. This is why integration is so important, and this is where the magic should be brought into everyday life in the best way to lead to change.
This is where my long experience in coaching/mentoring, education, team and leadership development, efficiency training, etc comes in handy, as well as my competence in subjects such as philosophy, religion, and psychology.

Are you a group that wants to go on an adventure to a retreat somewhere in the world? Get in touch and we can discuss this. Either I can forward you the details and you go yourself (for example to Jamaica) or I will take care of everything and accompany you as a guide. Maybe then we co-create a trip together with other interested parties.
Countries such as Peru, Costa Rica, the USA, Mexico and the Netherlands are especially "close at hand", but we of course tailor the experience to everyone's wishes.
