In order for you to get as much out of your treatment as possible, it is important that we feel safe with each other and go into the process with mutual trust and understanding of what we are about to do. In addition to this, the process must be tailored to you and your wishes and expectations. Therefore, it is important that we proceed methodically and create the best possible "set and setting" together in a methodical fashion. 

 

Regardless of where you go in the world and whether or not you partake in a psychedelic experience in a group setting or individually, the steps in a proper psychedelic treatment should consist (at least) of the following 3 steps: 

1) intake/preparation/intention; 2) treatment; 3) integration.

What does the process look like at 4000 Veckor?

• First you book a time in my calendar for a quick 15-30 min call. Here we say hello and you tell me what you are curious about and what you want to explore.

• Then, if we feel it is appropriate to proceed, I will ask you to fill in the intake form . (If you need a form in English, please contact me and I will send it to you.)

• Next, we book a time where you and I thoroughly go through your answers and where you can bring ALL your questions.

• If we feel that this is the right time for you to take part in a treatment then we look at a time, day and place where this can take place and we schedule it in our calendars.  

• About 3-7 days before your actual treatment is scheduled, we have another conversation where we more precisely define what it is that you want to explore in your psychedelic treatment and finalize crafting your intention. 

• Your treatment then takes place. This normally takes between 6-8 hours.

• After your treatment has taken place, we book an integration call. This is a very important call in which we go through what came up, how you feel, what you now can do to make sure you ACT on what came up during your treatment, how you now look at whatever you had as your intention, and other things we feel are necessary to discuss. This step is unfortunately OFTEN overlooked in the psychedelic therapeutic process, but it is the step that will ensure you get the most lasting effect of this amazing experience.
